Tajweed Course

 About the Course

This course consists of two levels and is designed for children and adults who want to learn the rules of Tajweed and improve their Quran recitation with correct pronunciation and proper application.

 Level 1: Beginner Level

In this level, students will learn:

- Correct pronunciation of Arabic letters and their articulation points (Makharij) in a simple and engaging way.
- Classification of Arabic letters and practice reading each letter with different vowel signs:
  - Fatha
  - Damma
  - Kasra
  - Sukoon
  - Tanween
  - Shaddah

Through interactive exercises and educational activities.

Students will also learn the basic Tajweed rules in an easy and simplified way, including:

- Istia’adhah and Basmalah, their usage, and related rules.

Then students will study:

- Strong and weak letters
- Characteristics of letters (Sifat), including:
  - Characteristics with opposites
  - Characteristics without opposites
- Studying Arabic letters and their characteristics with practical application.

 Letter Relationships

Students will learn the relationships between letters:

- Al-Mutamathilayn (Identical letters)
- Al-Mutajanisayn (Similar letters in articulation)
- Al-Mutaqaribayn (Close letters in articulation)
- Al-Mutaba‘idayn (Distant letters in articulation)

 Tajweed Rules Covered

- Tafkheem and Tarqeeq (Heavy and light pronunciation)
- Rules of Noon Saakinah
- Rules of Meem Saakinah
- Rules of Laam Saakinah
- Madd (Elongation rules)
- Meeting of two Sukoon letters
- Hamzat Al-Qat’ and Hamzat Al-Wasl
- Stopping at the ends of words
- Rules of stopping and starting recitation

 Level 2: Advanced Level

After completing this level, students will be able to:

- Understand all Tajweed rules in detail.
- Apply Tajweed rules practically while reciting selected Surahs.

 Requirements Before Joining This Level:

- Ability to read Arabic correctly.
- Knowledge of basic Tajweed rules.

 After Completing the Advanced Level, Students Will Be Able To:

- Apply all Tajweed rules while reciting the Quran.
- Memorize the definitions of Tajweed rules.
- Recognize common Tajweed mistakes.
- Memorize Tuhfat Al-Atfal and Al-Jazariyyah with a complete understanding and explanation of their verses.
