Quran Memorization Course for Children

 About the Course

Memorizing the Quran is one of the greatest goals for every Muslim. In this course, we help children build a strong connection with the Quran and support them in memorizing it through an easy, enjoyable, and effective learning approach.

 After Completing This Course, Your Child Will Learn:

- Read Arabic fluently.
- Read the Quran with the narration of Hafs ‘an Asim.
- Memorize Quranic Surahs by listening and repeating after our teachers.
- Understand a simple explanation of the meaning of each Surah being memorized.
- Learn the Tajweed rules related to each Surah to help improve memorization and recitation.
- Apply Tajweed rules while reading the Quran.
- Discover some beautiful aspects of the Quran’s language and meanings.

 Course System

- Each lesson lasts from 30 minutes to one hour, depending on the child’s schedule and learning needs.
- Each lesson is divided into two parts:
  - Reviewing previously memorized verses.
  - Learning and memorizing new verses.

- We use child-friendly memorization methods, such as Quran recitation videos by young reciters, allowing children to listen, repeat, and improve their recitation.
- Children are trained to use helpful Quran repetition tools and applications such as Quran Explorer.
- For beginners, we focus first on developing Arabic reading skills using supportive books such as Noor Al-Bayan and Al-Qaida An-Nooraniyyah.
- Our teachers consider each child’s individual abilities and learning pace, helping them choose the suitable amount of memorization for every lesson.
- Continuous revision is an essential part of our method to help children retain what they have memorized.

 Our Teachers

- All teachers are native Arabic speakers with excellent Quran pronunciation skills.
- Teachers are able to communicate in English to support children effectively.

- Oral assessments are conducted throughout the course to monitor the child’s progress.

 Lesson Format

All lessons are provided through one-to-one sessions (one student with one teacher).  
Group sessions may also be organized when needed to encourage communication and allow students to share their memorization experiences, according to the parent’s and teacher’s preference.

The educational materials used focus mainly on Quran memorization exercises and revision.

 Before Joining the Course

- The student completes an assessment test.
- Based on the test results, we determine whether the child should begin with Arabic reading skills or start memorization directly.
- A suitable teacher is selected according to the child’s age, level, and learning style.
